Last week, our Brazilian contributor, Montgomery & Associados, published an article in iGB on the imminent regulations to the 2018 law which legalised fixed odds sports betting in Brazil.
There is great expectation as to the main aspects of the same, including the new tax structure that has been promised by the Brazilian Federal Government.
Since the new regulations have been promised for the end of April / beginning of May, we are watching this closely and will communicate further when updates are released.
